ECG Beat Conformity

What It Is

Per-beat correlation against a record-specific normal-beat template, MIT-BIH Long-Term ECG (7 records, 14-22 h each, 128 Hz). One scalar per heartbeat: normal beats saturate near 1.0; ectopic beats (V, A, F, S) drop proportionally to morphology deviation and recover on the next normal beat. Stays-at-max + episodic-downward-spike phenotype.

Interpretation

Standard analysis sees: heavy-tailed; left-skewed; high-complexity (noise-like); low-dimensional. The atlas finds no named structure, but the source is distinctively extreme on Nonstationarity:change_quantiles_low (+4.2z) — beyond what the standard bank predicts for it. It sits beside Earthquake Depths in the atlas (standard-bank rank 51) — a neighbor conventional features miss.
