What It Is

MIT-BIH Arrhythmia DB fusion (F) beats, Kachuee preprocessing (resampled to ~125 Hz). Not a continuous trace: a concatenation of per-beat segments, each one fusion beat zero-padded to 187 samples (~60% zeros) and amplitude-normalized to [0,1]; the stream is a single beat class. QRS morphology is a hybrid of normal-conduction and ventricular-ectopic activation.

Interpretation

Standard analysis sees: right-skewed; time-irreversible (sharp rises, slow decay); multifractal. The atlas finds no named structure, but the source is distinctively extreme on E8 Lattice:std_profile (+4.3z) — beyond what the standard bank predicts for it.
